Mobile Radeon 9000, GeForce4 440 Go killer.
Card is based on desktop RV250 core called M9 in mobile segment. it is using AGP 8x bus. It has some power saving tweaking for laptops. Card exists in package with VRAM on package, used a lot in IBM ThinkPads and Dell Latitude laptops. At time of introduction it was highend card in laptops.
ATi M9-CSP64GL - Mobility Radeon 9000 mostly found in ThinkPads T40p, has 64MB DDR 400MHz memory on BGA package connected with 128-bit bus for space saving. This card is sometimes detected as ATi FireGL 9000, its same as normal mobile Radeon 9000, it does have more OpenGL optimized driver.
ATi M9-CSP32 64MB - Pulled from Dell Inspiron 5150. Card has only 32MB DDR 400MHz memory on BGA, another 32MB memory is located on board, thus it have 64MB VRAM.
ATi M9-CSP32 - Found on Dell Latitude D600, this one has only 32MB DDR 400MHz memory on BGA connected with 64-bit memory bus, its slower than 64MB versions with 128-bit memory bus.
